Six Gigs in Four Days
The Pandemonium Drummers keep themselves extremely busy with six gigs in only four days, starting tomorrow:
On Wednesday, 24th October, drummers in Industrial Revolution costume will support a performance of the Olympic Suffragettes with Dr Helen Pankhurst at a UK Feminista Rally in Westminster. The rally and performance will be at Church House, 27 Great Smith Street, SW1P 3AZ from 11:00-12:30, followed by a photo call from 13:00-13:30 in Parliament Square opposite the Houses of Parliament.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 25th-27th October, drummers will look extra spooky in their Industrial Revolution outfits plus undead make-up when they play at the Old Vic Tunnels for the Zombie Horror Camp. The Saturday is already sold out, but tickets for Thursday and Friday are still available. If you only want to catch the Pandemonium Drummers performance, come to the Leake Street Tunnel at Waterloo Station at 7pm (Thurs) or 8pm (Fri & Sat). The drummers will play outside the venue to welcome participating zombies pandemonically.
On Saturday, 27th October, you have the choice to see Pandemonium drummers either:
- at the Old Vic Tunnels (see above),
- in Belsize Park at a charity variety gig for hospital and bereavement funds (sorry, no detailed information available), or
- at Liphook Carnival in Hampshire, where Pandemonium Drummers will join the procession! The entertainment programme starts at 6.30pm in the square, while the procession kicks off at 7pm and will return to the square around 8.30pm.
