Our Performance Footprint & Scale

To help plan your event logistics, we operate across distinct configurations depending on the scope and setup of your project:

• Core Performing Squad (ca 8 to 20 Drummers): Drawn from our charity pool of currently around 40 members, this configuration brings a highly concentrated, high-impact presence. It is perfectly sized for festival stages, street parades, corporate activations, and spectator cheer zones.
• Collaborative Integration (Flexible Scaling): We love working dynamically with organisations! If you want a larger presence or extra flexibility, our workshop team can integrate and train up your own staff, community volunteers, or employees ahead of time. This allows us to scale up the performance team while directly engaging your own people in the performance.
• Mass-Participation Productions (Bespoke Ceremonies): For major civic pageants or stadium-sized opening ceremonies requiring a massive crowd presence, our leadership team can engineer, recruit, and manage a completely custom volunteer performer workforce tailored to your specific timeline and event budget.
